- This is in no way stopping the country from running and I am not sure what tax payers dollars have to do with people voicing an opinion.

- First of all, this getting a dog issue is not effecting him running the country.  He is not even in office yet.  Secondly, the media and the people pick up on something and run with it. That is what they did with Clinton, etc... the people tend to  help stop progress.
